The final sensations are of great balance, between the sweet note and the acidity, with a tasty component. The result is a clean and untired mouth, with a persistent souvenir of fruits and Mediterranean bush. Aleatico WINE
The wine produced from this grape variety is characterized for having a ruby red with marked purple hues, intense aroma and fruity; the taste is soft and sweet. Mainly in four areas spread: Puglia, Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany, where it finds its consecration on the Island of Elba, Capraia and Grosseto. The plant has a large pentagonal leaf, three-lobed dark green which bunch is small, sparse and elongated. The berries are medium with very pruinose blue-crimson color. Medium to good vigor and average productivity but steady, mature in the last ten days of September. The resulting wine has a ruby red color with purple hues accentuated; intense and fruity smell; The taste is soft, sweet and slightly astringent
