Venduto da Winezon Le diverse epoche di maturazione dei singoli vitigni, primi di settembre per il Trebbianello, metà settembre per la Fernanda ed inizio ottobre per Trebbiano e Garganega suggeriscono la vinificazione separata delle uve. Le uve, raccolte manualmente vengono poste in casse e quindi diraspate e pressate. Solo la Fernanda, per il suo carattere semi-aromatico, viene macerata per poche ore prima della pressatura. I mosti, chiarificati, fermentano per 10-15 giorni ad una temperatura di circa 18 ° C. A parte annate eccezionali, la fermentazione malolattica viene evitata.
