Il carattere semi aromatico della Fernanda ha trovato piena espressione nella vinificazione dopo congelamento delle uve. L’esile ma spiccata personalità della Garganega ha trovato perfetta espressione con una vinificazione in leggera riduzione, mentre il carattere neutro ma corposo del Trebbiano e Trebbianello richiedono un approccio più tradizionale.
